what is photography

1. The question Erik poses to the audience is “is this photography”.
2. Ever since he was 15, Erik’s passion has been photography.
3. Previously, Erik believed that anyone could take photos. He believed that you just had to be in the right place at the right time.
4. This inspired him to be different with his photos. He doesn’t want to just get lucky, he wants to take all this photos further.
5. Erik's photos have an unnaturalness to them. They all have an unexpected twist.
6. The photos are realistic enough to seem as though they were taken by a camera but don’t make complete sense.
7. Erik matches the lighting in his images. He does this to combine them seamlessly.
8. It’s easier to create a place because your ideas aren’t limited by your surroundings.
9. He starts by sketching out his ideas and then joins photos together.
10. Anything is possible now and we have the tools to create whatever we want. The only thing that could possibly limit us is our imagination.
